Week 3 Demographic EOC

I am a Baby Boomer ,but I don't seem to fit the description of that Demographic.I have no money and any job I have ever had is now obsolete . I am reeducating myself  ,currently working on my Bachelors degree in Graphic design. If my generation has the most money of any generation on Earth it’s news to me .Most of us  have at sometime had  lucrative careers but are finding that our skills are out of date.        We are probably divorced ,which is a well known back account killer, our prospects for collecting social security seem to get dimmer by the day and I myself identify more with the Millennial s than Boomers. We have no prospects for retirement any time soon and social benefits seem to be falling away . We are caught in a crunch of current bad economy and the  effects of our stocks property and savings falling victim to the recent recession.

It seems that the full immersion video game platform and its attendant 60 or 70 dollar per game, joyride is has reached a plateau. Recession weary buyers are turning increasingly to  non retail downloadable sources for software [quote While retail sales showed a decline versus year ago, "it's important to remember that there is a growing volume of content being sold digitally, or otherwise outside the traditional retail channel," said NPD Group analyst Anita Frazier. unquote] Midmarket Newsfrom EweekBy: Nathan Eddy

Creating Customer Loyalty eoc

great customer service  looks like this
I was living is Seattle and I had two dogs a Pitbull and a Chihuahua mix, I had been through many dietary issues  with my dogs they had food allergies and skin problems .I had become patron of a small specialty dog food store . I was  very happy that they had the products my dogs needed  and they were the only ones that sold the specialty Ferret Chow that my ferrets needed. I had been talking to a friend whose small dog was having severe allergies and skin disorders and I mentioned this store and how they had the knowledge and expertise to help my dogs., the next time I was at the store I mentioned my friends problem to the owner and he gave me two bags of dog food to give to my friend a 45 dollar value!!
